Quality policy
Our quality policy is defined in agreement with the company axiom and the customer-oriented quality principles. It assists the aims and initiatives. Concurrently it includes the compliance with external quality standards, which are the basis for trusting cooperation with our customers. A system of aims management assists all divisions of Veith AG.

Manifesto for quality policy
Our company meet the challenge of the market, to reach higher quality standards for products and services. This is standard in our quality policy. To reach it the quality policy and the fixing of aims have been declared to be a top priority and the following principles have been centeral to our business policy:
"We want to be a partnership business for our customers"
That means for our company:
- Achieves the requirements of our customers in reliable products, services, capable consultation as well as accurate processing of orders.
- Avoidance of mistakes – rather than additional correction
- Obtain and conserve the trust and approval by our business partners through our attitude and our daily achievement.
- Quality agreements which we make with our customers and suppliers are also binding for all internal functions.
All these requirements are standards for always perfectioning the business process. This demands notably to make clear systematically to all employees about the aims of the quality efforts. As well as to train them in practical methods to achieve the aims.
We are always require to create a working environment which gives the chance to all employees to meet the challenges in a motivated and dedicated way. Only through the contribution of each employee for protection of the quality of the products and services is it possible to pass exclusive accurate results internally and externally to our customers.
With the implementation of ISO 9001.12/2000 and ISO TS 16949 03/2002 this aim will be pursued correctly and sucessfully.
